Outside of that region, it really means nothing though. If Jan sees another big boost for Chinese we'll likely see the same for Windows 7 even though it's no longer supported. If you look at previous months as well in Wayback machine you'll notice English and W10 and Chinese and W7 are pretty tied together. Seems very likely the Windows 7 boost is tied to a large boost of the Chinese user base in December. I removed it three times when it was released and I am not going back despite it being free of charge. I know I will never be on 10 in my lifetime.
